The setting was marvelous, next to a sustainable establishment and the flight path with lots of waterfalls. I was offered a free breakfast at Coconut Grill.

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and quirky, has exceptional staff who tendered to our needs in a professional manner. The units are updated, neat with three single beds. They serve lots of meals, the food we tried was awesome. This is a venue go-to for Hilo!

Cute little and spotless lovely family-run hotel. Great value rooms with comfortable beds. - Top central location and brilliantly helpful staff. - Walking distance to shopping malls and the Farmer's market across the street. - Popular restaurant, which served good coffee and yummy food.

Check-in was swift, the staff were welcoming, and there was a variety of delicious food available for meals, also offering the option of late check-out.

Excellent views over the bay from neat rooms. Spacious bathroom with a bath.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The setting was favorable. The staff were fantastic, friendly, and efficient. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the airport, Hilo town, Akaka/Rainbow Falls, and the Volcano National Park. There is an amazing restaurant named Ken's House of Pancakes nearby.

The location is amazing, with beautiful views, and the harbor is just a short walk from here, plus there are markets and gift shops nearby.

The breakfast at Coconut Grill was tasty. The hotel is located centrally among multiple islands. Being off the beaten track meant there was no noise pollution.

The room I got was cleaned every day and came with a nice balcony to enjoy the fresh air 🌿.

The room here is clean and comes with a TV and a full bathroom with a shower; also, it's in a great central location.
